A weight management and strength training program designed to help participants lose or maintain weight and health. Participants will learn how to lift correctly and perform exercises designed by a certified personal trainer.
Stay Fit Over 50
For active adults over the age of 50 who are looking to stay healthy and fit. Designed for those who can easily get up and down off of the floor without assistance. Functional strength training will be the focus along with maintaining balance and mobility. Those doing Pickleball, tennis, curling, shuffleboard, and other recreational sports are encouraged to join.
Join the class that brings people together! Zumba is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. Benefits include boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. Bring your sneakers and plenty of water!
Drop-In Day Pass
Want to try out a class? Use our day pass to participate in any of our fitness classes (as long as there is enough space) by paying per class. You can use the day pass rate as often as you want!
Registration for fitness classes can be done bleow or at the City Recreation Center front desk. Members need to pre-register to access classes for free. This will also allow us to send emails for updates/cancellations.
