Clinics are open to all residents 12 years+ for does 1, 2 or 3. CCHD's current COVID-19 vaccination schedule is as follows:
- Thursday January 6th, 2022. 10:00am - 4:00pm
- Thursday January 13th, 2022. 10:00am - 4:00pm
- Thursday January 20th, 2022. 10:00am - 6:00pm
- Thursday January 27th, 2022. 10:00am - 4:00pm.
Register for an appointment at www.clintonhealth.org/covid19vaccine. Clinics are located in Clinton Community College gymnasium located at 158 Clinton Point Drive in Plattsburgh.
