The City of Plattsburgh will be holding a Community Bike Ride on Sunday July 11th at 2:00PM.
The purpose of the ride is to gather public feedback on the newly proposed “Bike Friendly Plattsburgh” report created through the Community Development Office.
Riders will meet in the parking lot of Melissa Penfield Park, ride west on Bailey Avenue, and continue onto Beekman, Cornelia and Draper streets before turning onto Park Avenue West. The ride will finish in Peter Blumette Park where riders will be presented with the bike plan and given the opportunity to make comments before the plan is finalized.
This event is free, all ages and no registration is required.
