Special Meeting of the Common Council - 5 year plan preparation discussion

 SPECIAL WORK SESSION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL

Whereas, the Common Council Meeting schedule below was approved as part of the meeting schedule at the Organizational Meeting held on January 8, 2026; and

2026 Meeting Schedule 

All Common Council Regular meetings - Work sessions begin at 4:30p and meetings begin at 5:30pm

REGULAR MEETING OF THE COMMON COUNCIL 1^st & 3^rd Thursday of each month AND

QUARTERLY MLD BOARD MEETINGS begin at 4:30pm

Whereas, it is necessary to hold a Special Work Session on May 14, 2026 at 4:30pm to prepare the 5-year plan; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:  In accordance with the request therefore the Common Council approves holding a Special Work Session of the Common Council on Thursday, May 14, 2026 beginning at 4:30pm.
