Comprehensive Plan Update
The City of Plattsburgh, along with consultants Saratoga Associates and Behan Planning and Design, will be holding a public meeting to discuss the City’s Draft Comprehensive Master Plan on Monday, August 1, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall in the Common Council Chambers.

Harborside Masterplan Public Workshop
Join us at the Plattsburgh Public Library at 6:00PM on Wednesday April 27th to participate in a public workshop hosted by Barton and Loguidice to discuss the Harborside Masterplan.
Participants will be brought up to speed on the project timeline, site plans, proposed amenities, and the Environmental Learning Center design, mission, and potential programming. There will be breakout groups focused on specific areas of the site and we will be seeking feedback so we can advance to the next level of design and complete draft of the Harborside Master Plan.
Planning Board Meeting - CANCELLED
The March 28th regular meeting of the Planning Board has been cancelled. The next regularly scheduled meeting is Monday, April 25th at 6:00pm.
Public Information Meeting on Margaret Street Reconstruction

Margaret Street Survey Results Meeting
Over 750 people completed the online survey to share how they think Margaret Street should be re built after the City replaces it's ageing water and sewer infrastructure.
