On August 19, 2021 at 5:00PM in the Common Council Chambers of the City of Plattsburgh a hearing will be held to receive public comments on a proposed local law P-5 of 2021. A local law amending Chapter 230, Sections 1, 2 and 3 of the City Code of the City of Plattsburgh amending recreational fires in the City of Plattsburgh.
The City of Plattsburgh will be hosting a third Bike Infrastructure Listening and Feedback session, virtually, on Tuesday August 10th at 6PM.
There will be a Special Meeting of the Common Council on Thursday, July 29,
2021 at 4:30pm.
The Mayor and Community Development Office is hosting a second round of community feedback for the proposed Bike Infrastructure Plan. Members of the community are encouraged to come and share their thoughts and feedback. The bike plan can be found here.

The City of Plattsburgh will be holding a Community Bike Ride on Sunday July 11th at 2:00PM.
The purpose of the ride is to gather public feedback on the newly proposed “Bike Friendly Plattsburgh” report created through the Community Development Office.
The City of Plattsburgh is excited to host the 2021 Fourth of July Celebration including the "Interstellar" themed parade and fireworks display. The parade will begin at 1:00pm and fireworks will begin at 9:30pm. Parade registrations are due by June 28th at 4PM. Please complete this form to register your group. Road closures and parade route will be made public prior to the event.
